Our church is historical.  Prior to 1861, class meetings were organized and meeting at the Gault School House and in 1871 the church was built on the current site.  Since then, the building has gone through numerous expansions, as the body of believers would grow.  We have found permission in our past to be a vibrant, growing community committed to sharing our faith.

 

Our church is a community.  Our presence in Bullskin Township for over 135 years has  made us an integral part of the local community.  As importantly, we are a church that values community within our congregation.  We want to get to know our neighbors and worship Christ together.  We are a family-friendly church that has something for ever age group and seek to unite the entire family in our community.

Our church is committed.  We value the authority of Scripture and the  presence of the Spirit in our lives.  We believe the Gospel has the power to transform lives and are committed to seeing it accomplished in our community.  Because Christ has redeemed us, we believe that we have the power to live as new creations, old things are passed away.

 

Our church is generous.  As a body and as individual, our church believes in

giving sacrificially.  Our members give generously of their time, energy, and resources to accomplish the programs of the church.  As a church, we are committed to Missions, both domestic and foreign.

We would like to extend an invitation to you to discover what our church is all about.  We have room in our community for you and your family, and as our history shows, if we don’t have room, we make room.  Whether you are a dedicated believer looking for a faithful place to worship or you are searching for deeper meaning in life, we are here making the journey with you.
